My Why: When I found out I was pregnant with my first son, amongst the excitement I also felt a strong sense of isolation. All of a sudden, I was going through a huge milestone without anyone I knew going through it with me at the same time. As a woman of color and a working mom, I noticed a gap—a void in the online space where I could connect with others who looked like me and shared similar experiences. It was then that I decided to start a blog. My mission? To build a vibrant community—a safe haven—for women like me.

Through heartfelt stories, practical advice, and shared moments, I aim to bridge the gap and create a supportive network.

I hope that other women can come here to find solace, encouragement and a sense of belonging in the chaotic but beautiful journey of motherhood. Together we can celebrate victories, even the smallest of them, navigate challenges and uplift one another. I hope this blog is much more than my words, but a tapestry of our shared experiences of who we are as moms and more.
